Pros

You can find some really stunning colleagues. A recognisable name to have on your CV.

Cons

Possibly the worst HR department and upper management I've ever encountered. Unprofessional and engages in illegal activity. They pride themselves on having below market rate salaries. No room for growth or promotion.

No Team Spirit

Pros

Interesting choice of Film Titles

Cons

No team spirit. No communication between departments. Far too many cliques. No real chance for advancement. Low pay. Interns never make it out of the post room. Expected to work long hours with no additional pay or lieu time. No access to work phones for many despite being expected to work out of hours from home. Lack of organisation in work flow. Worked for the company for nearly two years and was never introduced to the CEO.

Not the most welcoming

Pros

Got to work on some cool films

Cons

People were not that welcoming. Big clique system. Several managers did as they wanted all day and left the work to their small and overworked teams.
