Pros

Get to be at Lionsgate, get experience with difficult people. Bosses not there often and doesn't work much, so hours are okay.

Cons

These are cons of working at Codeblack. Working at Codeblack doesn't represent working in film industry at all. The management does not know what they are doing, what they want from you changes every minute and they are mean. They're business policies feel shady, and they are about trying not to pay people.

Pros

Cool perks (like their rideshare system, where you get free movie tickets if you carpool with coworkers to work). Very casual environment. Everyone is super friendly and the company promotes a social environment. There are also unlimited sick days and you get winter break in December.

Cons

Pay is terrible in relationship to the amount of work that they expect you to do. They don't often (if ever) promote within and climbing up is a long ways to go.
