Pros

Winter break, fun small perks of working for entertainment

Cons

Working long hours is a cultural thing. No one really needs to work as much as they do. A lot of time wasting here to appear like you are working.

Pros

Strong management team has attracted a core group of loyal executives, including best and brightest from acquired companies. Great continuity. Executives are empowered to think outside the box. Creativity and innovation are rewarded. Culture is dynamic and fast-paced. Best franchises in the business. Employees are hard-working, intelligent and resourceful and work well as a team.

Cons

Base salaries are lower than at major studios, although good bonuses and high-flying stock make up most of the differential. Headquarters offices need a makeover.
