Pros

Fast pace is exciting to test out new ideas; very little bureaucracy; loose budget constraints.

Cons

Fast pace doesn’t have sound checks & balances; no accountability for results or budgets as long as you’re a “yes man”; no consideration to how multiple small projects add to staff workloads (as no additional resources are offered to maintain quality).
