Pros

Nice office near the beach Good film and television products Great cafe in the building

Cons

Some departments have lifers15-20 years in same jobs or departments, they are allowed to get real comfortable and not add value. These lifers and some people who know how to work the political game are allowed to get away with murder and still keep their jobs. Leadership is scared to make bold moves because they are also lifers. Always the worry that the company is for sale always having to keep one eye open if layoffs are coming.

Pros

Wonderful bosses and interesting material.

Cons

Long hours and not a lot of distance between work and normal life. Not unique to this company but part of the profession.
