Pros

Lionsgate truly cares about their employees and makes an active effort to support them. Additionally, the compensation is very fair and better than other companies for similar roles.

Cons

The company is great, however the onboarding was a little bit overwhelming.

- MUCH lower pay compared to other entertainment companies - Hybrid Schedules don't apply to everyone, no flexibility for entry-level - Management is not supportive and does not communicate with employees
