Pros

Some lovely people and can be a fun environment to work in Nice office

Cons

- working so much overtime with not even a hello, goodbye or thank you from managements at events you are working on until midnight or entire weekends. Working a huge amount of overtime with no time in lieu - bullying from management, don't really care about you and very happy to belittle you, be rude and shout at you in front of other staff - HR do not listen to their staff and complaints made, many people left the specific team I was in and were very honest in exit interviews about the bullying and horrible nature of management and work but nothing was done about this - god forbid you got unwell after being made to work late, hours of overtime with no time in lieu, was frowned upon - management would leave in the middle of the day for a boozy lunch or to go to the gym and then never come back, but if you were ten minutes late or needed to leave ten minutes early for any reason, this was not allowed - bullying culture where no one wants to stand up to memebers of staff who are rude and unpleasant - saw people working huge overtime for many years and having to battle for any kind of career progression

Pros

Great work environment! The team is really easy to work with and fun to be around. I learned a ton while I was there and made a lot of connections to grow my professional network.

Cons

I wish I could've worked longer hours but really nothing to complain about.

creative company with little chance to move up

Pros

- big brand name - interesting slate of titles especially for 2019, great variety - creative, fun people to work with - imaginarium (employee group that plans and executes events like wellness month, charity drives, or company breakfasts)

Cons

- expected to work long hours, often overworked and tired - lowest pay i've ever witnessed, especially for entry-level employees - no willingness to commit, entry-level positions are written off as month-long internships without benefits to keep costs as low as possible - even mid-senior salaries are much lower than average - little mobility upwards, would rather hire from the outside than promote within the company - very high turnover, especially entry to mid-level employees leave after a year or two - very poor management from the top, many HODs not properly trained to mentor and guide - little to no communication from CEO, no transparency - HR does not care one bit about employee's well-being and the general unhappiness amongst colleagues
