Pros

A unique and fascinating product that challenges all engineering disciplines as its capabilities are continuously expanded. Many exceptional co-workers in all departments - it's surprising how many very talented people with valuable experience have been attracted to this small firm.

Cons

Slow sales growth in the past has kept the company from expanding, but recent events suggest we are about to enter a significant growth phase.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We do have exceptional co-workers across the Company. We have stated this before and it remains true today: our team combines the best in marine science, computer science, engineering, robotics, and more. Our work here matters and we are glad you are enjoying your time here. We appreciate your advice regarding product developments. This is an important area to get right. Our Product Management team is working across the Company and speaking with customers to ensure we do.

Pros

High end robots, currently having big contracts, I can't disclose due to privacy. Liquid R. is always looking for the best employees, so if you get called for interview feel privileged, many of them were aircraft pilots, aircraft mechanics, even people that worked for google, we have the best software architect James Gosling, if you don't know who he is, I suggest finding out. We are treated well, so far the best paying company I worked for, people here are nice. Above all founder and co-founder care for the company very much. I've only been here for 5 months and I must say no matter what position you have, we are treated equally. My favorite part lol is the free snacks, drinks, cereal, milk, coffee(Pete's and Starbucks) etc. every day, and free breakfast every Monday. This company is very flexible, same as other companies just make sure you get things done.

Cons

It can get challenging at the end of the quarter, because its the time where we have to be done with the product and ship to the customer, some people don't like it, some people love it, I think that challenge is a fun thing.

Pros

Simply awesome technology with a real chance to impact the world. Operations base in Hawaii is a sweet place to visit.

Cons

The Silicon Valley approach to growing a company seems to be one size fits all. Ocean robots are supposed to sell like (and be sold by the same techniques) as iPhones and software.
