Pros

Got good learning experience. The team was very polite and friendly specially the business team. all of them are really good. Faced some petty issues, but its fine.

Cons

Pathetic operations, Even Head of Operations has a very typical and pathetic political mindset. They even don't know how to talk to the employees. They inforcing unprofessional and illegal contracts and giving threads to the employee. He was a call center guy who doesn't-know work ethic.

The company cares about its employees and leads with integrity pulling cart with the team and leading by actions not just talk.

Cons

None that are worth mentioning. The work environment is great.
