Employees treat each other like family. Management is really trying to meet the needs of employees during this turbulent time.

Cons

Pay could be a little higher even though management has implemented numerous wage increases over the last 18 months.

Successful, growing company which creates lots of opportunity for a broad career path. I can learn as I go and move into different positions within the company. Since it's employee-owned, worker engagement matters and the continuous improvement program is vibrant. It's nice to see a company include employees in running the business! The stock option plan is the best retirement plan I've ever had.

Cons

The lack of people taking advantage of working here. This creates a lot of overtime, which is good in the short-run, but not for the long-run.
