Pros

Great benefits and pay. They give good bonuses and good spifs. They do treat their employees very well. It is laid back

Cons

Long hours. They schedule you for 8 hours but usually you work more if there is a car deal. If you are home and a customer wants to look at a vehicle they will call you.

Pros

Freedom without tradition 9 to 5 job structure. Free to go take care of errands when need be. Phone an internet use fine. No micromanagement which was my number one favorite thing.

Cons

Long hours for low pay. Take your commissions divided by the hours an at times it feels like less than minimum wage. Constant promise of more money an advancement opportunity which never happen. Managers making 10k a month telling you it's never slow. Constant pressure of trying to make a pay check. Never knowing if you'll have enough for bills. Oh an the people are liars an snakes. Everyone is out for themselves. Don't get into the car business.

Pros

-Excellent product and sales training. I would not be where I am today without the training I got here. You could rush through it, or really take it seriously, I took it seriously. Aside from the computer training, they great corporate trainers. -Nice stores -Great systems in place

Cons

-Switched my sales manager 4-5 times and GM 3 times, I worked there for just over a year. It was my first sales job and sort made management seem scary, it's not, unless you work for a huge corporation.The seem to have this fixed at the store I worked at. -Work to much: 5 scheduled days including every Saturday. Usually worked my days off to grind out sales. This is also adjusted now to every other weekend at least.
