      Employees are only a number to this corporate giant. Poor job security.

      Pros

      Great pay is a bit of an anomaly but I had the good fortune to work for a growing store.

      Depending on the manager, can be a bit demanding with hours and daily results.

      Horrible company, poor management

      Pros

      Other ladies in the office were very nice and very close knit. Learned new things.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the office staff, only the sales staff since they bring the money in. Horrible place to work if you have a family and can't work hours over with only 20 minutes notice. The benefits aren't as good as comparably sized companies. They do not value quality employees and in turn have a very high turnover rate.
