      Building relationships with customers, laid back helpful co-workers, authority to solve customer complaints without having to bring upper management into the situation. Self satisfaction at accomplishing goals, working as a team to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

      Has a sense of family and very team oriented. If you are willing to put the work in they are willing to help you get there. Very committed to personal growth.

      Cons

      Biggest challenge would be finding applicants wiling to move to Medford Oregon.
