      Fortune 500 with a start up feel (In a good way)

      Pros

      I was nervous starting with the company, I come from the startup space so moving into a well established fortune 500 company was a little daunting. However, the atmosphere has been very similar to what I'm used to. I work with a great team, my supervisors are driven but willing to work with you. I'm also been able to develop my project management skills and IT skills. So far it has been a great company to work for.

      Cons

      I can't think of that many cons, the only one that comes to mind is I'll have to travel sometimes but I'm pretty excited about that.

      Pros

      General Manager operates their dealership as if it's their own. Great pay and benefits. Room for advancement. Corporate structure.

      Cons

      General Manager operates their dealership as it it's their own. Lithia has many great General Managers and also as many that are not. Closing in on 200 dealerships nationwide it's hard to find ethical respectful hard working General Managers and Lithia is slow to recognize and promote existing talent from it's vast network of successful hard working eager General Sales Managers. Some corporate executives have grown with the company and have a tendency to be cliquey with corporate and dealership personnel.
