Pros

Employees here are very helpful and cooperative, particularly in my job as Line Technician. They always help and assist me even without me looking for them (that is when they have no repairs in their respective lines).

Cons

Most of the time during holiday, we have no work in which I could earn more. More overtime a great salary I might have.

We appreciate your willingness to render work even on a holiday, however as much as we appreciate your commitment, Littelfuse also promotes a Work-Life Balance to it’s employees.Rest days and holidays will be able to help you invigorate your mind and body, so you’ll stay empowered for the next week of work. These are also extra time you may spend with your family and loved ones.Overtime or work on holidays will only be required depending on the work demands of your department such as Production volume, year-end inventory, and the like.

Cons

We growing fast but with less human resource increasing, headcount is well controlled but we lost flexible to meet our quality/customer requirement; Chinese plant have no more competitiveness for benifit & salary to other companies.

Cons

Alignment of regional roles compensation alongside same functions on other countries (others are lower vs. NAM or EMEA) Proper dissemination of information and integration of new and old companies resulting from M&A. Training for Individual improvements on needed competencies not available.
