Established company that focuses on continues improvement, growth and profit. Growth strategey is two pronged - organic and acquisition. The company believes in developing it's associates to be best in class at their current job functions while preparing them for advancement within the company. Many growth opportunities are available to those who position themselves appropritately and have the correct work ethic, aptitude and attitude.

Cons

When leaning the business to maximize profits there can be some 'growth pains'.
