Littelfuse is a place where opportunities for career growth is unlimited. It is challenging but once you cross those challenges career growth becomes exponential. This company has a open door policy which allows any individual to raise their concerns without any repercussion. The company provides a good compensation package as well as competitive benefits. This is a place where your skills will be put to the test. Trainings are a vast that fits your professional career. Very competitive business portfolio assuring job security for its employees.

Cons

Although their is room for opportunity for everyone, outsourced talents seems outpaced home grown ones. Limited work / life balance facilities in the company.

Compensation and benefits are good compared with the other American companies. I also have a very supporting team. And also, Littelfuse has a good working environment and safety of the people is the priority.
