My experience at Littelfuse in the last 28 years

My first contact with Littelfuse was when the hire me back in 1998, after that hire I had resigned several times but LF gave me the opportunity to came back time after each resignation (4 in total). This shows how they care about the people that is really valuable for them.

Cons

Benefits are not as good as other companies in my town. I'm ok with my benefits because my seniority, but I know how other co-workers are looking for better opportunities in other companies because they have better benefits and salaries at theirs positions.
