Great company with a great future

Pros

Employees are treated like humans, despite rapid growth Vacation policy is above average Great benefits (except health insurance options are getting worse, but that's sadly an industry norm now) Overall great management, all the way to CEO Flexible schedule, depending on position and business unit Excellent work/life balance Company gives back to the community

Cons

Some bad apples in management, especially with regards to Engineering Engineering is fairly white male dominated, but is getting more diverse in recent years

Lots of room for growth within the organization.

Salary for anyone under executive level is less than average, especially for internal promotions.

Great growing company to work for

Pros

The company has great flexibility. If positioned in the right team there are many opportunities for advancement and not as many barriers as with bigger companies.

Cons

It is a growing company that requires one to wear many hats. The downside is that current employees are not as respected as contract workers. They are able to short-change many hard working people but that may be due to the current state of the economy.
