Real work-life balance: Flex time is unlimited as long as you meet your responsibilities. It's one of the few places where flexibility is actually honored.
Reasonable caseloads: Client cap is 10, but most BCBAs have 8 or fewer. You're encouraged to keep a balanced schedule.
No billable pressure: Salary is not based on billable hours, which takes off so much stress. You're paid consistently regardless of temporary fluctuations in client hours.
