Pros

- Leadership team focused on providing high-quality care - Center-based programming allows for team approach/support - Expert level clinical support team members - Tuition Reimbursement & CEU funds available - Attainable Quarterly BCBA performance bonus - Monthly scorecard to provide focused coaching - Promotion levels for Behavior Technicians

Cons

- Policy and procedure changes have been frequent; however, many were required as part of a leadership change. The company wants to get it right. - Many jobs in ABA can be stressful, this one is no different. I do believe the center-based leaders are focused on supporting their team members.

Pros

Thorough onboarding and mentorship: I felt fully supported from day one, especially by the Center Director, who provided hands-on training and ongoing guidance. Real work-life balance: Flex time is unlimited as long as you meet your responsibilities. It's one of the few places where flexibility is actually honored. Reasonable caseloads: Client cap is 10, but most BCBAs have 8 or fewer. You're encouraged to keep a balanced schedule. No billable pressure: Salary is not based on billable hours, which takes off so much stress. You're paid consistently regardless of temporary fluctuations in client hours. Bonus opportunities: If you meet the target of 5 client-facing hours a day (which includes supervision, assessments, and parent meetings), you qualify for a quarterly bonus. Great team culture: We have regular team events and a genuine sense of community. Everyone is collaborative and respectful.

Cons

Like any clinical setting, days can be busy, and sometimes hectic. The support and structure of this center make it manageable and meaningful.
