Good pay and benefits. People good to work with, helpful and friendly staff.

A little behind in safety but taking steps to improve. Tend to have a flare for the dramatics.

Pros

Great pay without a college degree, positions available by seniority, advancement depends on number of people dying or retiring. Good 401K plan, great health/dental/visual insurance. Friendly associates for the most part.

Cons

Rotating 12 hour night/day shifts, when people are on vacation or out sick you can be put on different crews and your schedule changes for a few months. Not much vacation time, no sick days.
