The job it self is good, the company does not hold current employee's to ANY CORE VALUES listed on their website. When hired I was approached by 2 CSR as to what religion I believed in, didn't give an answer and the next day was given a prayer book and told to listen while she read a prayer???? Was also asked on my second day what political party I voted for??? When I did answer I was bullied in every way till the day I finally resigned. The culter is very abusive even if you catch on wuick do your job well, 2 CSR that have worked for Little Rapids for 23 years will make your day to day work attmosher AWEFULL

Pros

Great co-workers, I can relate with a lot of them - not talking about the management team. Benefits were good Pay is more than the minimum hourly wage.

Cons

Management team doesn't care, you are a worker and a worker only. They only care about the company. It doesn't matter if your laying down at a hospital, or have to deal with a family emergency. You need to be there or else you will lose your PTO and you only get 80 hours a year(12 hour shifts). It will be held against you. Employees aren't very happy. People take 40 minute breaks and the company only allows 20 minutes for a break. It takes forever to get onto days shift, even when you've been working 3rd for 5+ years. Pay could've been more for what we do.
