      -Meaningful work -Competitive pay -Opportunity to grow if you do your job well -Fun coworkers

      Cons

      -A lot of changes (seems this is most companies though) -Lack of communication ahead of changes -In general the businesses have been the same for 30+ years, lack of new products, diversified product line

      Only benefit is good where no other company can offer

      Cons

      No backup during vacations. A lot of negatively and it’s bad environment to work in. No work life balance.
