Pros

The benefits are great if you have a full-time position. The pay is decent at best given the amount of work, time, and location. A great learning experience if you're young and enjoy a stressful, fast-paced, demanding environment, dogs, and free coffee.

Cons

Management gives little to no recognition for the amount of work and hours some people dedicate to their job. Human resources department does nothing to monitor or enhance your progress within the company. Most of the people who work here are young 20s-30s. Everyone is in it for themselves, and it can feel like there are quite a few cliques of people that help each other navigate around. Opportunities for growth are few, if any, and seemingly reserved for cool people who "fit in" the most.

Pros

Being in and around music is the best. The idea of what the company should be and maybe could be keeps me going

Cons

Management always feels non approachable. There's no communication between management and employees. Even employees on same teams dont talk to each other. The culture is horrible. The morale is horrible. I feel so depleted any time management responds to anything. It makes me wonder if Michael R. is aware. Its like a cult or clique at the top. Our division got a new COO who hasnt even spent time talking to the employees unless you work and bump into him in NY. The leadership is non existent and theres never any promoting from within. Its like everyone just covers themselves. It feels like theres nothing to work towards and compensation is never discussed. One division in particular is managed horribly and should be billing so much more but theres no one spot checking them. They cover themselves and fire the guys on the line who do all the work
