Pros

Great show line ups, break over Christmas/New Years where most of the company shuts down.

Cons

Really poor management. Promotes people to fill quotas to appear like they are making social progress, but put people in charge of entire business units who only have experience managing summer interns. Therefore many basic management skills are lacking. Pay is also pretty horrible, especially if you are in a major city. Many departments and business units have flat rates which doesn’t account for high cost of living in many markets. Often told there is no room for real raises because people had a low starting salary or they may just have to relocate.

Pros

Flexible Vacation, but not much else.

Cons

Unorganized leadership, micro management, poor use of tools like Salesforce, terrible lead generation, misleading in interviews, CEO that is completely removed from reality, overall terrible experience.
