Pros

Good work/life balance Low 6 figure salary feels like more $ when you consider that you work 9-10 months a year Get to see good shows for free Cool people Very good benefits for full-time staff Remote work and autonomy

Cons

Brutally long hours on shows Accommodating rude, entitled, self-important “VIPs” Part time and non management staff are paid very little and when they work enough hours to almost make full time, management is instructed to stop scheduling them so they will not hit full time status and be entitled to insurance and benefits. Ruthless Very hard to make the jump to management positions, pool is very small, can be a popularity contest

Pros

-good perks -dog friendly -above average pay

Cons

-upper management stuck in their ways -departments do not communicate with one another -the company has the potential to grow exponentially but the leadership refuses to innovate -behind the glossy veneer of progressive corporate workplace policies, retaliation for whistle blowers is a common practice along with failure to act on verifiable accusations.

Pros

working in the Music industry Live Events Co-Workers

Cons

Management (not leadership as they are not leaders) are horrible people. They backstab you, talk behind your back, talk bad about their team members to each other to pit them against each other all to make them feel more powerful. Cut throat. You have to be a family member or suck-up to survive the management. Otherwise buckle up it will be a long and bumpy ride.
