Pros

Probably won't hurt your resume.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement. Pay way below market. Lots of fiefdoms. No work/life balance. HR is not your friend.

Pros

This company is over all great to work for. Great benefits and perks for the job and I have worked with some amazing people in multiple different departments.

Cons

Sponsorship is kind of looked like an outsider so moving to a different department is almost impossible. Also in the position I am in there is not much room for growth. The growth includes either moving or becoming a seller for sponsorship which is not an interest for me. I take a lot of pride in my work but the company tends to take advantage in that by owning you all of the time.

Pros

Good money most of the time. Somewhat flexible scheduling.

Cons

I’ve bartended for 10+ years in various entertainment venues and this was by the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in. I was constantly harassed by the male bartenders and security guards. I finally reported this to HR after a coworker asked if I wanted to come over for a massage and asked for a kiss. HR “spoke with” this person and held a harassment training, but then continued putting me at the same bar as this person. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they told me they typically don’t resort to rearranging schedules and were sorry I was not happy with their decision. There was another situation in which a woman reported a male coworker for taking pictures of her body at work, and the company only took action when she threatened legal action. These are only two instances, but this place has a reputation in the industry for similar issues. Basically, this place doesn’t care about women’s safety and I would highly advise against working here if you’re a woman.
