      The work itself is very interesting Opportunities to work on high visibility projects Allows for creative freedom and celebrates entrepreneurialism

      Will fire employees with no progressive performance management, notice, or explanation Zero long-term strategy from the top Employees who screw their teams over get rewarded/promoted Very clique-y and exclusive with endless drama and gossip Subjective performance standards that are applied unevenly Employee policies are selectively applied based on how much leadership favors you / how much money you make for the company
