Pros

Something new every day, love to meet the crews from the tours that come in, FANTASTIC in-house production team, lots to learn but everyone loves to help

Cons

Work days can last up to 17-20 hours, and you need to mentally prepare for that. The pay is higher than minimum, but it's still very little at the end of the day.

Cons

Sharpen your knives because some managers will stab you just to see you bleed.
