Pros

- inherently a "cool' business that can have a lot of "soul" - glam factor since it is the concert business - access to concert tickets - some great people

Cons

- the most dysfunctional, insecure and unqualified senior team I have ever encountered - Sr. executives communicate through fear and intimidation, lots of screaming and swearing - reward and recognition is primarily based on who is in favor...forget about performance - no company direction - command and control leadership style that thoroughly suffocates innovation and common sense

- Might get to attend one event/year for free. - Get to experience working for a large employer - might get a bonus

Cons

A MegaCorp does what a MegaCorp wants. DoJ Consent Decrees don't change nothin. In April 2020, they had no trouble firing over 80% of their staff, without any apparent hesitation or severance packages. Goodbye! They love to talk about how they're a family, but it's just a job, always and forever.
