      Good pay, flexible schedule, great benefits.

      Cons

      If you're looking to advance your career, this isn't the place for you. There are no promotions, training, or development. Working for a publicly traded company has a lot of inherent headaches compared to a private company, but they are all multiplied 100x by easily the weakest leadership team I've ever seen in my life. This place is a graveyard for career development -- stay away if that's important to you.

      -Benefits - Free Concert Tickets - Pay is ok if you negotiate - Remote work - Management is amazing - atleast on my team. My managers never belittle me, are willing to help and train, and are some of the best managers I’ve had.

      Cons

      - It can be alot of work & deadlines - so managing your time is crucial. - Month-end is is long hours - Work/life balance can be hard
