      Pros

      Well known company, leading in their industry, the occasional free pair of ticket to live entertainment event(s). Great fellow coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay. One of the company mantras is "We take care of our own" and it depends on if you are talking about maternity/paternity leave time, assistance in paying off educational loans, etc. , or if you are talking about employees are being paid enough that it isn't costing them money the longer he/ she stays at the company. Compensation is not competitive like advertised and annual basic increases does not keep up with industry salaries nor cost of living. It seems the company is stingy on paying employee worth, when annually they release the profits report and it's in the billions.
