Work life balance is not an easy thing to master, especially in certain roles that may require heavy peak times like yours. We know the happiest employees are those that are able to unwind and focus on things that are important to them outside of work, which is why we try to provide programs like PTO, VTO, free tickets, and more.       Pros

      The people, the perks and the music is what keeps you there for a long time and complacent. You won't find a superb environment like this in other music industries. Good work environment, benefits, PTO and vaca time.

      Cons

      However, the pay is not what keeps everyone here. To get ahead most people have to leave the company, then come back to earn an okay increase.

      The pay isnt that bad if you’re looking to fill the blank spot on your resume. Free music while working. Discount on meals. Long break.

      -No employee discount on tickets
