Dead end job in SAP. and in financial systems group. Very poor management skills of so called managers and directors. They got the promotion because they stayed long. No experience in resource and project management. Embrace for last minute changes due to poor planning. A simple work is made complex due to poor planning. SAP system is will be sundown (well that was a plan for years). The same story poor managers/directors cannot execute this project so it is going on for years. For SAP and Oracle jobs there is no growth. You will do same thing for 10 years .

Below average compensation for the position. Too many corporate politics holding back the progress of each store. Very poor communication. They will make up a reason to terminate you. I feel bad saying that but it’s the truth. No chance to defend yourself...just get out! Too bad as otherwise it’s a great company.
