Pros

Free events and music, and your venue level family. You’ll meet the greatest people locally. There is also a ton happening to keep busy, which I’ve always enjoyed.

Cons

Michael Grozier and the entire Hollywood team are an absolute joke. It’s all politics, and it’s so bizarre to see such a large company operate the way they do. Sales are all that get them by, because it’s not the structure or operation.

Pros

The career exposes you to amazing experiences. Good medical and 401k benefits.

Cons

Terrible compensation model for marketers that is not reflective of contribution / work experience / increase in work. Marketers are overworked and run ragged, 2016-2017 saw a 17% increase in shows with almost no increase in marketing team positions so marketers did 17% more work and most only got a cost of living pay increase. All raises, promotions and bonuses are at the discretion of market presidents, so allocation from business unit to business unit is inconsistent and inequitable.
