Great CEO, really seems to care about his employees. Perks are good and benefits package is excellent.

Cons

Limited paid time off that does not roll over, very low starting salary without the promised annual raises.

Able to work independently Not micro-managed Work is very easy once you get the hang of it Get to work with operations and build relationships

Cons

Horrible management accross the board in finance at all levels Huge disproportion of work done by key people Poor communication to employees; unclear expectations & goals High performers are not recognized so they end up leaving or becoming bare minimum workers
