      you get to act cool because you work in the live entertainment business, but it's really not cool at all.

      there is pretty poor communication throughout the organization

      Pros

      Fun, Laid back atmosphere. Lot of time away from office and at various venues - can be good or bad depending what you think. I thought it was great. flexible hours.

      Cons

      intern pay not great, seemed to give lot of crummy jobs to interns... though this can be somewhat expected. Not too much challenging work.
