Pros

-Perks-Great concert tickets and access to House of Blues Foundation Room -Entertainment Industry Attitude- Extremely casual work environment, wear jeans and t-shirt

Cons

-Big Company-Super hierarchy, you are just a number. -Politics-Senior management are extremely reclusive...will not communicate with anyone lower than them.

Easy seasonal part time job working at a concert venue. Good supplemental income. Free access to concerts for employees. Good work atmosphere.

Cons

Low hourly wage, no opportunities are presented for advancement in position or to transfer to full time positions. $10 employee meal tickets only provided for all day shows.
