- Tremendous infighting, and diverging views crippling ability to row together.
- Management enabling toxic leaders (the biggest con). If you peruse these reviews, clear patterns show how management has complete disregard for anyone but those in their small circle. This has been a major cause of culture death. Management pretends to acknowledge it, then moves on without doing anything.
- The churn on the addressability team would make you wonder if management cares about actually getting things done, or keeping their friends in power. Spoiler: It actually doesn’t make us wonder, and will be one of the most obvious reasons for why that initiative is doomed.
