Pros

- Good compensation and benefits - Lots of great, talented people - Promising in-market opportunity

Cons

- Internal politics and dissonance create too much distraction - Organizational design and the lack of a clear, unified corporate vision at the executive leadership level results in functional leaders not being set up for success - Tolerance of toxic behavior at all levels of the company

Pros

-Growth. Incredible pace of attrition allows for people to simply exist and grow in their career by virtue of other people leaving versus doing better. - Focus on DIB - Remote friendly

Cons

- Pay is average. LiveRamp used to be among the higher paying companies, but that is long gone (unless you are an executive). - Culture. Existing on paper only. - Tremendous infighting, and diverging views crippling ability to row together. - Management enabling toxic leaders (the biggest con). If you peruse these reviews, clear patterns show how management has complete disregard for anyone but those in their small circle. This has been a major cause of culture death. Management pretends to acknowledge it, then moves on without doing anything. - The churn on the addressability team would make you wonder if management cares about actually getting things done, or keeping their friends in power. Spoiler: It actually doesn’t make us wonder, and will be one of the most obvious reasons for why that initiative is doomed. - For a tech company, our CTO and product leaders just started reporting into the CEO. What is everyone doing here?
