Pros

Working in its truest sense in an engineering team, where all great software building practices are being applied and people are keen to improve things continuously - the mindset I love mostly. Have a chance to work with latest technologies. Being exposed to various skills to gain: i.e. participating in interviews, doing scrum master role, etc.. Management in UK and headquarters (US) are very professional. And felt that really do care about the people. So far one of the best companies I've come across. Hoping to work here for many more years.

Cons

Nothing major I could think of

Pros

You're given a great amount of freedom in order to accomplish goals and work alongside some very talented people. The challenges are interesting and the work is worthwhile. I never felt like I was stagnating here. There's a lot of growth opportunities as the company solidifies from a smaller start-up into a more mature company.

Cons

LiveRamp has been overly conservative with compensation during the pandemic, freezing most people's pay. At first it was prudent but it became an excuse to try and reduce payroll despite the company's success (first profitable quarter).

Fellow LiveRamper - Thanks for this review! And as importantly, thanks for all you're building as part of our engineering team. And on compensation, look out for more information on our upcoming compensation cycle—we're picking it back up shortly and will continue with the annual equity refresh that we've maintained (even during COVID).
