Pros

LiveRamp love's its employees. I have never seen a company that is as employee centric as Liveramp is. LiveRampers know they can make a difference in the future of the company, and that motivation encourages employees to generate exceptional results This industry is experiencing a turning point, and LiveRamp is well positioned to take advantage of the changes.

Cons

As an evolving company there are competing cultural currents, and sometimes bad habits like oversized meetings, excessive process, etc. can grow to become problematic before eventually getting sorted out. This can require patience and trust in the leadership
