Pros

AMAZING culture and benefits. Everyone is generally very happy and enjoys what they do. In addition, LiveRamp likes to really help out their employees. This positive attitude is felt in the office and you always know that someone has your back.

Cons

Growth pains, lack of organization and too many meetings. That being said, in response to these growth pains I have watched LiveRamp GREATLY improve and address these growth pains. Still need work on organization and meeting objectives.

Fellow LiveRamper - Many thanks for sharing your experience at LiveRamp so far. I'm glad that it's been a good one. The SalesOps team is doing some hugely important work—very glad that you're helping make it possible. Your feedback on the need for clearer objectives is well-taken. I hope you'll share that with your team's leadership—I think they'll value your perspective. Meanwhile, thanks again for all you do! - Brandon

Pros

Best place to work at literally. They have amazing events every month which makes you feel rejuvenated. They have an awesome concept of RampCamp which is too much fun. All my team members are really supportive and kind.

Cons

Can not think of anything.

No work-life balance

Business Outlook

Pros

Great people, free lunch/snacks/drinks.

Cons

No work-life balance, disjointed leadership, benefits are expensive considering the size of the company, raises are rare and bonuses are non-existenet. Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days. Constant reorgs coming from the exec suite make it a very unstable environment.

LiveRamp alum - Thanks for sharing your experience. We have a distinctive culture here at LiveRamp (including our annual camping trip!) and aim to be open about who we are—especially our hyper-growth and the typical scaling dynamics that come with it. I'm glad to clarify that we do in fact offer bonuses for many roles; those bonuses are on-par with (and often ahead of) our peers'. Thank you for giving LiveRamp a try, and please let me know if our team can support you in the next step in your career. - Brandon
