Teammate - I'm very glad to hear about your experience working with our Little Rock team. Your group is doing some of the most important work at LiveRamp today (thank you!). We'll certainly take to heart your advice to maintain our culture of friendliness and openness—these qualities are core to who we are and have scaled well as we've grown from 100 to over 1,000 LiveRampers. - Brandon

Amazing Team, Awesome Company

Pros

LiveRamp is a great place to work! It is a fast paced company that keeps you on your toes. The work life balance is great (especially for NY) and they offer all of the perks you would expect for a tech company (lunches, snacks, happy hours, holiday celebrations). Everyone is super smart, and there is a great culture derived from office celebrations and the company wide camping trip aka RampCamp. I absolutely love working here!

Cons

It can definitely have its growing pains. At times there can be limited resources and a lack of processes, but it also means there is room to be creative and take on new projects.

Teammate - It's great to read about your experience at LiveRamp and on our Data Store team in particular. Thanks for all you're doing to help us grow—including scaling processes. Your advice on greater product development resourcing for Data Store is well-taken; I've seen the topic raised during several of our new Product Advisory Council meetings and look forward to seeing where that takes us. As always, we welcome additional feedback; let me know if you'd like to do coffee when I'm next in NYC. - Brandon
