I've been fortunate to have worked for some great companies in my career but I can't think of another as amazing as LiveRamp. The teams I work with and support are some of the brightest and most caring people I've ever had the honor to work with. From top leadership to each team member, creating a positive work environment and being proud of the work we do is always a top priority. There is great work/life balance, growth opportunity, training, and a fun and open place to work and share ideas. We are passionate about hiring the very best and I'm proud to be a part of a team working hard to make that happen. I'd recommend LiveRamp to anyone looking for a great work environment where you'll be rewarded for the hard work and effort you put in.

Cons

Rapid Growth sometimes means rapid change and the growing pains that comes along with it.

I love the team I work with, people are supportive, we work hard, but also make sure to keep things light and fun. After all, we're with each other a lot! The leadership team is very transparent with what's happening company wide, and exciting things are happening.

Cons

Since we are growing quickly, it can be difficult to get recognition for the hard work you put in

Pros

Excellent team environment. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help each other out when there are issues or questions. Additionally, there is a lot of opportunity to contribute your own ideas and implement them to help the team be more efficient in executing our work. This is true for all areas of the company, but especially for our team, as we are relatively new and are still expanding.

Cons

This is a fast pace, constantly evolving industry so things are never slow or boring. There are a lot of changes throughout the organization, from re-orgs to changing CRM systems. Personally, I have not seen this as a negative aspect so far, but some people do not do well with these types of changes and/or environments, so I think it's important to know.
