Pros

* flexibility. if you do your job, you’ll be given a lot of freedom about how to do it. remote work, working from home, different hours. if you stay connected to your team and do your stuff, you’re good. * company prospects. especially with the recent de-acquisition, things are posed for high growth, and we’re all pretty excited about it * responsibility. there’s a lot of stuff to do and a lot to take charge of, and if you want to put work in, you’ll get ownership of it and feel like you’re growing with the product.

Cons

* there are some struggles around growth. we’re getting bigger and bigger. I don’t know everyone anymore. * new hire mistakes are hard to correct, and some take long time to ramp up. ultimately, that’s okay, as we tend to hire intelligent people who can grow into their roles, but it can be frustrating at times before they do. on the plus side, that gives a lot of opportunities for people interested in providing technical mentorship.

Fellow LiveRamper - Thanks for the detailed review. Your experience—high degrees of responsibility and flexibility—is what we're known for. The growing pains are real, too, given how quickly we've scaled. Thanks for all you're doing to help us grow in the right ways, and let me know if there's anything else we can be doing to keep LiveRamp great. - Brandon

Pros

People are really nice and efficient, company is in good shape, getting more contracts, hiring more ppl and running into new IPO.

Cons

it inherits a lot of Acxiom asset, which would probably take a while to fully digest.

Teammate, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm glad it's been truly positive. To your point about select members of Acxiom joining LiveRamp: We're excited about the Acxiom teammates we've chosen to work with us moving forward. And you're right that we need to thoughtfully integrate our new people into the LiveRamp culture —while leaving room for new people to share skills and experiences that will make us all better. Thanks again for the review. - Brandon
