Pros

I made a move half way across the country for LiveRamp and it has been the best decision I have made in my professional career! I knew the minute I stepped on site for my interview that I wanted to work for LiveRamp. My first impression still has not failed me, 6 months later. Here's what sets LiveRamp apart from other companies: they do what they say they're going to do, they hire intelligent and driven individuals, they are transparent at the highest level. When a company does what it says it's going to do, you can trust them. This characteristic is incredibly important because when a company (at the C-level) is doing their job, you can do yours without worrying; knowing that what you're doing day in and day out matters in the long run and for the bigger picture of the company's success. When a company hires really smart people, you know they have what it takes to do so. People who are bright, who value education and want to grow quickly in a challenging environment choose companies that will sponsor that. LiveRamp has what it takes to get the sharpest talent because they treat their employees so well and have an exceptional product. Lastly, LiveRamp and its management are transparent. We know what is going on at the deepest level. From business strategy to balance sheets LiveRamp employees are informed. How? Management has created communication forums and platforms for them to easily get the word out on what is happening with product and eng changes and update employees on a regular basis. Why is this important? It makes a quickly growing company feel like a well oiled machine. From a personal perspective, it allows employees to think strategically about their careers and have intentional conversations with their managers about next steps. Taking action is easy for a lot of companies to do but communicating those actions to their employees requires management to go the extra mile, and that's what LiveRamp has proven it will do at every opportunity. LiveRamp has dogs in the office, catered lunches, fitness reimbursement and a work office that fosters comfort (bean bags) and collaboration (open work spaces and in person meetings are the norm). LiveRamp has plenty of planned events and a stellar culture team invested in work being a fun place. The office is located in central Fi-Di, has bike storage, scooters, and is well taken care of (plants, snacks, super clean!)

Cons

There is risk we are growing too quickly for own good, however time will tell and so far, no complaints.

SF Teammate - Thanks a lot for this review. I'm glad that you've had a great experience at LiveRamp over the last few years. We're where we are today because of vets like you. To your points about hiring and red tape: Those are both important topics, in part because your experience differs from what we're known for. I'd love to hear more about what you're seeing so we can learn and get on top of it. Coffee on me! - Brandon
