      -Good environment to grow your career and take on a lot of responsibility fast -Really nice and social people -Company values are clear and reinforced

      -Organization structure shifts constantly which adds a lot of unneeded confusion and reacclimating

      Pros

      - Awesome and talented people. I don't think there 's anywhere else with a better mix of kind, intelligence, caring people. - Huge opportunities for personal and career growth. - Really interesting problems being solved. On engineering, I am working to solve hard problems at a scale very few other companies see. My team owns several apps that process 100s of terabytes or petabytes of data per day. - Work life balance is great. - I have an amazing degree of autonomy. - Exciting opportunities with LiveRamp going to be an independent company. - Compensation/benefits are pretty average.

      Cons

      - Product and engineering systems are very complex by nature of our business, the scale we operate at, and the growth we've had. Slowly improving here, but it can be hard as a new person to figure things out. - Compensation/benefits are pretty average.
