Pros

- Being on a horizontal team you get to span across every vertical at the company which gives you the opportunity to be involved with a lot of different tasks and teams - Great culture! - NYC office is in an amazing location (Flatiron) - Very fast growing company

Cons

- Speed of growth can be a con, sometimes leads to bottlenecks and communication breakdowns - Business can be hard to grasp if you don't have a background in it

Pros

-Amazing colleagues and work culture -Challenging and rewarding work environment -Flexible work / life balance -Great management In all honestly, it's the best company / role I've had in my professional career. I look forward to going to work every day and supporting my clients. Highly recommend for anyone seeking customer-facing roles in adtec.

Cons

-Some challenges supporting clients from an operational perspective. -UI should be more self-service and rely less on human support / intervention.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It's a big deal to hear that LiveRamp is the best place you've worked to-date. We'll continue to have operational growing pains as we scale, but feedback from client-facing teammates like you helps a lot. Keep the feedback coming, and thanks again for the review. - Brandon

Pros

- Autonomy and decision making granted at every level of the organization - There are multiple opportunities to engage and lead within the organization, both in your direct role, as well as in company clubs - Hackweeks actually mean something, many of our internal/external and support systems come from Hackweek projects - Unlimited PTO allows for each employee to balance work and home life/family in the best way for their individual needs

Cons

- Hyper growth means growing pains, but the company works hard to address this and stay in touch with employee feedback - LiveRamp is filled with very bright individuals, which can lead to ongoing discussions about the best ways to solve problems. The majority of the time this leads to useful, efficient problem solving, but at times it can paralyze decision making.

Thanks for this review. Hackweeks do indeed mean a lot here—in fact, the original idea for LiveRamp came out of a hackweek at our predecessor company. Your advice to continue being transparent definitely resonates; we'll keep it up. - Brandon
