Pros

- Growth at warp speed means things will break every now and then but the Company has done its best to retain its ethos - Collaborative colleagues who will go out of their way to help you make sense of what can sometimes be a nebulous ecosystem - Entrepreneurial culture provides you the opportunity to define your experience as well as the option value of meeting potential future co-founders

Cons

- Transparency may be dipping a bit. Understandably, this is a function of growing up as a Company but still something management needs to be cognizant of.

Fellow LiveRamper! Thanks for sharing your experience. It's true what you say about our fast growth—it's exciting and poses new puzzles to solve every day. You make a great point about transparency: When we were small, everyone knew everything by default. Now that we're 450+ people across 5 countries, we need new tools and habits to keep everyone in-the-know. If you have ideas, Anneka, James, or I would be thrilled to hear them. - Brandon

Pros

+Culture: The company has a wonderful culture, which can be hard to find in a rapidly growing company. Unlimited PTO and flexibility around working location is a major plus. +The product: Our overall value prop, Identify Resolution, has endless use cases and it's exciting to think about the future beyond adtech/marketing. Also the consortium is really interesting and I think will have a profound impact on how the industry evolves. +Career opportunity/ mobility +Female leadership and diversity!

Cons

No major cons at this point.

Pros

*I have been here less than half a year -everyone is super nice and willing to help -tons of smart people -company is as transparent as possible -no doubt the market leader in the onboarding/ID space -Acxiom has largely left LiveRamp alone -culture is very important here and is evident during the long interview process -week 1 onboarding was super organized and informative -catered lunch on MWF, sandwich/salad station on tues and thurs, breakfast, drinks -super cool office space: open, tons of space to work away from your desk, nap pods, dog friendly, tons of company events, bar area, big dining area -perks: unlimited PTO, up to $100 gym benefit -recognized as one of the best places to work in the bay area. i see why

Cons

-growing fast still so a lot of reorgs and changes -some confusion around who owns what

Thanks for this feedback! You're right about how quickly we've grown: from 175 to 450 over the last two years. Not without its growing pains, to be sure, so thanks for all you're doing to make LiveRamp great as we scale. - Brandon
